Organic Balsamic Vinegar

Not all balsamic vinegars are equal. Most of the balsamic vinegar found on store shelves contain many added ingredients, such as sugars, syrups, and coloring. These additives are used to imitate the taste and appearance of real balsamic vinegar, because it is expensive and time consuming to make the real thing. Our balsamic vinegar does not use any of these additives - its naturally fruity flavor and thicker consistency comes from using a traditional aging process.
