Sardel Inc. (“Sardel”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) sells high-quality cookware products (the “Products”), which are sold on our website (the “Site”), available at www.sardelkitchen.com. This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) covers the Site and any services offered by Sardel, including the sale of our Products and associated services (together with any and all future online and offline offerings provided by or on behalf of Sardel, the “Services”).

    We use Shopify, Inc. as our e-commerce platform. This platform allows us to sell our Products online and simplify your user experience. When you access or place an order with Sardel through the Site, Shopify collects certain Personal Information from you. Shopify stores your information through its own data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application.

    Analytics: We may use third parties, such as analytic providers like Google Analytics, to analyze traffic to the Site and other ways users interact with the Site. We use the data we get from Google Analytics to improve our Site and our Services.     We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children in connection with the features of our Site or Services.
