Sardel’s balsamic vinegar is produced in Modena, Italy, a city known for its balsamic vinegar production.
We don't use any added sugars, syrups, or additivies.
Salads, raw and cooked vegetables, grilled meat, cheese, fruits and even ice-cream.
Only if it is produced in Modena, or the surrounding region of Italy, can balsamic vinegar be considered “true” balsamic vinegar, which means it is produced using a specific variety of grape and a specific type of oak barrel.
No caramel coloring.
No added sugar.
Not all balsamic vinegars are equal. Most of the balsamic vinegar found on store shelves contain many added ingredients, such as sugars, syrups, and coloring. These additives are used to imitate the taste and appearance of real balsamic vinegar, because it is expensive and time consuming to make the real thing. Our balsamic vinegar does not use any of these additives - its naturally fruity flavor and thicker consistency comes from using a traditional aging process.
