Our sauté pan has a large surface area and high-extended straight sidewalls, meaning it holds liquid in a way that a skillet, with its slanted slides, can’t. This makes it perfect for certain cooking tasks that require cooking ingredients in a liquid, such as shallow frying and braising, but this pan is also capable of much more. Plus, all of our pans are oven safe. Need to pop a dish in the oven after cooking it on the stovetop? No problem, this sauté pan can do both.

Induction Compatible and Oven Safe
Our cookware works on all stovetops, including induction, gas, electric, and glass. All of our stainless steel cookware is also oven-safe, up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Hollow Heat-Resistant Handles
Our handles are built for comfort, using a rounded, easy-to-grip design. The handles also make for easy cooking, because they stay cool while you cook and help distribute weight evenly so that the pan is not too heavy to toss and handle.
Easy Clean up
A little bit of soap and water does the trick to clean our pans. For harder-to-clean spots, just boil a small amount of soapy water in the pan, then wipe it away.

First time hearing about this brand and decided to get a stock pot as it was one of the more affordable options that was 5ply. The stock pot was a little smaller that I expected (compared to my older 8 qt one), but seems to be built nicely with heft and quality. I delayed my review until I'd used the pan for a while. After 60 days of use I am satisfied that the pan lives up to its advertising. Heats evenly and at a consistent rate, which shows the multiple layers work as stated. The handle stays cool enough to be used without mitts. The stainless steel holds up to repeated use (and cleaning) and did not get the early discoloration that cheaper pans often get.
Like ALL stainless steel, you have to use standard cooking procedures to prevent sticking (eggs for example) but proper pre-eating and use of a little butter and/or oil makes it work like a 'not-stick'.
My only minor quibble is the rounded handle can doesn't have a good place for thumbs or fingers to get a better grip if it twists....but simply watching what you do tends to avoid problems.
I would buy it again!!
