Induction Compatible and Oven Safe
Our cookware works on all stovetops, including induction, gas, electric, and glass. All of our stainless steel cookware is also oven-safe, up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Hollow Heat-Resistant Handles
Our handles are built for comfort, using a rounded, easy-to-grip design. The handles also make for easy cooking, because they stay cool while you cook and help distribute weight evenly so that the pan is not too heavy to toss and handle.
Easy Clean up
A little bit of soap and water does the trick to clean our pans. For harder-to-clean spots, just boil a small amount of soapy water in the pan, then wipe it away.

I replaced a few non-stick coated pans with this set. I've had one small All-Clad pan that I've had for 25 years & love. I was hoping this set was comparable to All-Clad. It is. The weight is substancial, foods cook evenly and clean up is a breeze. Here's a pic of my old 8.5" pan and the new larger skillet that I've used for frittata, stir fry and sauted chicken.
