Induction Compatible and Oven Safe
Our cookware works on all stovetops, including induction, gas, electric, and glass. All of our stainless steel cookware is also oven-safe, up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Hollow Heat-Resistant Handles
Our handles are built for comfort, using a rounded, easy-to-grip design. The handles also make for easy cooking, because they stay cool while you cook and help distribute weight evenly so that the pan is not too heavy to toss and handle.
Easy Clean up
A little bit of soap and water does the trick to clean our pans. For harder-to-clean spots, just boil a small amount of soapy water in the pan, then wipe it away.

I've been making the switch to stainless steel in most of my kitchen and as a maximalist who owns a 6 qt as well as a 12qt stock pot... I really didn't need this 8qt 🤣 But after receiving it, I did indeed need it. Outstanding quality and craftsmanship.. wow, what a pleasure to make soup in this thing. The handle design is super comfortable even when the pot is filled and heavy. The pot is so smooth inside and out, it's easy to wash too. This is my first Sardel piece as I hadn't heart of the brand before, but it really is an outstanding stock pot.

First time hearing about this brand and decided to get a stock pot as it was one of the more affordable options that was 5ply. The stock pot was a little smaller that I expected (compared to my older 8 qt one), but seems to be built nicely with heft and quality.
