Induction Compatible and Oven Safe
Our cookware works on all stovetops, including induction, gas, electric, and glass. All of our stainless steel cookware is also oven-safe, up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Hollow Heat-Resistant Handles
Our handles are built for comfort, using a rounded, easy-to-grip design. The handles also make for easy cooking, because they stay cool while you cook and help distribute weight evenly so that the pan is not too heavy to toss and handle.
Easy Clean up
A little bit of soap and water does the trick to clean our pans. For harder-to-clean spots, just boil a small amount of soapy water in the pan, then wipe it away.

When it comes to cookware, quality and craftsmanship matter. We partnered with a third-generation family business in Italy to create our products. Together, we designed our cookware with a careful attention to detail—from the hollow, heat-resistant handles, to the curved edges for easy pouring and tossing.
About Our Partner
Our cookware partner is a third generation family business that has been manufacturing steel products in Italy since the early 1900’s. We worked with them closely to design products that blend their traditional craftsmanship with a modern twist. We are constantly speaking with them, brainstorming and testing new products. We bought a set and the workmanship is top level! I wanted stainless steel I could trust and not made in China. I researched what to buy and Italy was one of the top countries. I wanted the quality of a very expensive stainless brand, without needing to take out a second on the house! Sardel is that cookware! Beautifully made, sturdy and heats evenly. We also have the non-stick pan, which is made of a safe coating I can feel good about using and still have the convenience of true non-stick cooking. While their cookware is top tier, the amazing thing about Sardel is the customer service! Our set was on back order and they kept us updated frequently and when one of the pans was damaged in shipping (surprising do to how well packaged the individual products are!) they sent another to replace it.

I’ve tried so many pans before but the coating always started coming off. No coating on these and easy to season. I cooked bacon in it to help season it too. I made some fish in it and clean up was easy. I love this pan

I am very impressed with the quality & pricing of this pan. It heats evenly & is easy to clean. I was worried about people saying stainless cookware having sticking problems, but realized quickly that is because they are not using it properly. I highly recommend Sardel & hope in the future they will have more variety in sizes of cookware.
