Induction Compatible and Oven Safe
Our cookware works on all stovetops, including induction, gas, electric, and glass. All of our stainless steel cookware is also oven-safe, up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Hollow Heat-Resistant Handles
Our handles are built for comfort, using a rounded, easy-to-grip design. The handles also make for easy cooking, because they stay cool while you cook and help distribute weight evenly so that the pan is not too heavy to toss and handle.
Easy Clean up
A little bit of soap and water does the trick to clean our pans. For harder-to-clean spots, just boil a small amount of soapy water in the pan, then wipe it away.

When it comes to cookware, quality and craftsmanship matter. We partnered with a third-generation family business in Italy to create our products. Together, we designed our cookware with a careful attention to detail—from the hollow, heat-resistant handles, to the curved edges for easy pouring and tossing.
About Our Partner
Our cookware partner is a third generation family business that has been manufacturing steel products in Italy since the early 1900’s. We worked with them closely to design products that blend their traditional craftsmanship with a modern twist. We are constantly speaking with them, brainstorming and testing new products. This 10" pan is exceptional. Fast heating, non-stick (if seasoned correctly - which is easy), and no toxic chemicals. I love the seasoned color of the pan after a few uses. I'm ready to purchase the 12.5 pan next.

I'm using this no stick 10" pan on an induction range; it's working great. I tend to avoid non-stick surfaces for health precautions but hope that a pan of this price and quality will have a coating that will be less likely to peel, bubble and/or flake off. I've only been cooking with it for a couple of weeks but it has been performing superbly with absolutely no food sticking.
