Sauce Pan Lid - Sardel

Sauce Pan Lid

Our sauté pan has a large surface area and high-extended straight sidewalls, meaning it holds liquid in a way that a skillet, with its slanted slides, can’t. This makes it perfect for certain cooking tasks that require cooking ingredients in a liquid, such as shallow frying and braising, but this pan is also capable of much more. Plus, all of our pans are oven safe. Need to pop a dish in the oven after cooking it on the stovetop? No problem, this sauté pan can do both.

It's all in the details

We designed our products using 5 layers of metal: three inner layers of aluminum, called the “core,” and two outer layers of stainless steel. This “5-ply” construction allows for effective heat distribution and durability, including protection against warping.

Our handles are built for comfort, using a rounded, easy-to-grip design. The handles also make for easy cooking, because they stay cool while you cook and distribute weight evenly throughout the pan, so that it’s not too heavy to toss and handle.

Our cookware works on all stovetops, including induction, gas, electric, and glass. All of our stainless steel cookware is also oven-safe, up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Our cookware has curved edges for easy pouring and closed rims to protect them from splitting.

A little bit of soap and water does the trick to clean our pans. For harder-to-clean spots, just boil a small amount of soapy water in the pan, then wipe it away.

Made in Italy

When it comes to cookware, quality and craftsmanship matter. We partnered with a third-generation family business in Italy to create our products. Together, we designed our cookware with a careful attention to detail—from the hollow, heat-resistant handles, to the curved edges for easy pouring and tossing.

About Our Partner

Our cookware partner is a third generation family business that has been manufacturing steel products in the same area since the early 1900’s. We worked with them closely to design products that blend their traditional craftsmanship with a modern twist. We are constantly speaking with them, brainstorming and testing new products. If you have any ideas or products you’d like to see, shoot us an email at hi@sardelkitchen.com. We’d love to hear from you!

Designed with you in mind

It’s time to appreciate the versatility of high-quality stainless steel cookware. Our products are manufactured in a way that allows them to heat evenly and adjust to temperature changes quickly, which gives you more control over the ingredients you cook. And because our products are all oven safe, Sardel cookware can accomplish countless cooking tasks.

How We Do It

Manufacturing high-quality stainless steel cookware is a time-consuming and expensive process. By eliminating excessive and unnecessary retail markups, we’re able to offer our stainless steel cookware at a more attainable price than other premium brands, without sacrificing quality.
